I live in Washington State:
On september 23, 2000 I had the local sheriffs dept serve a search warrant on my residence. At the time of the search the affidivet was not attached to the warrant. I ask my criminal attorney to get a copy of the affidavited but the warrant is sealed.
Now it has been 260day my children are still gon and I have not been chared with a crime. The only case going on is a depencey case which I am told is a civil case.
Here are my questions:
1.Where does one find what has to be on a Search warrant?
2. How long does the State have till there time is up on carges?
3. What is the Rule of 250 days? can you give me a referance
wher to look.
4. If by chance there is a good attorney out there where can I find one who I can affored?
