I have a valid class B license in CA and am applying for a class A license in CA. A very old (seven year old) Washington State traffic infraction ( no proof of insurance ) appeared on my CDLIS/PDPS inquiry response generated by the National Drivers Registry. I called Washington State Department of Licensing to check on the status of the ticket and was told that the matter had been adjudicated i.e. "issued in error".
How do I correct this clerical error? If my CDLIS/PDPS report is not cleared it may impact my obtaining a California Class A Commercial Drivers license.
