I am wondering if my company can not give me my 3 personal
days that all full time employees are entitled to at my job?
I work in sales and get paid straight commission, no base.
I am full time, however due to my lack of punching the time
clock it shows less. I do not get paid by the hour, and due to forgetting, and laziness due not punch in and out every
day I work. I am scheduled 45 hours a week, and never call in.My company knows I am full time, but because of the time
clock punches, they are not giving me my personal days.
I assume that since I am full time that they would have to give me my full time benefit, and that the lack of time clock punches should be dealt with in a warning, or some
form of disciplinary action. I work in wisconsin, is it legal for them to not give me this benefit, while all other
full time employees get it? Any help would be appreciated....
