does anyone have any info, concerning if a person is in jail for a unrealated reason, the day he is suppose to be in court, and another person calls the judge personally to let him no, that the person is in jail, and he says the jail will bring him over, but they fail to, then the person is bonded out a few days laer, we stay incontact w/ the bailsbondsman, to see if another court date has been scheduled, no buddy knows anything, and then 8 months later, they are arrested for failure to appear, because the jail never brought him over, and then o.r'ed, 2 days later because the judge remembered the person calling and said sometimes they make mistakes. then given another court date that looked like it read the 6th. not the 4th., and they show up on the 6th at 9:00 am instead of the 4th. at 9:00am, and was informed they were 2 days late. the person was then re-arrested for a 2nd failure to appear, this time no bail because it was a 2nd. offense, he sould of never gotten the first on because it was the jails responsibility to bring him over and they failed to do so, is there anything that can be done in this matter?
