utah - My sprinkling system contractor sent out a man and did not tell me he was moonlighting on his own time. I heard him ask someone in the background if "do you want extra work tonight". I assumed he was sending his employee.
System still broken and phone calls to both employer and employee not returned. Who do I sue in Small Claims Court?

You can only sue the party that you contracted the service with. The fact that the contractor sent out a direct employee or a contract employee has nothing to do with liability. Summary, sue the sprinkling system contractor.
