my daughter now has supervised visitation with her father (who lives 3 hours away) Is supervised visitation with his parents appropriate when they don't believe her sexual assault allegations? Also I am the one responsible for bringing her there and taking her home. Is it fair that my family carry the whole burden for the accused? The reason they say I have to bring her is because I moved 149 miles away but did this because of his intimidating, hostile behavior.
