w.c. for eyesight deterioration

when i started my job doing data entry, i had perfect 20/20 vision. less than a year later, my eyesight worsened to 20/50, forcing me to get glasses to do my job. could i get worker's comp for this?

If you can find a Doctor who's willing to state that the cause of injury is due through the performance of your job and stick by it with medical documentation and proof.
