i am a truck driver. i am contracted to a trucking company and i am not an employee. my dispatcher has been telling other drivers in the terminal as well as our clients that i am an alcoholic. i might drink a beer every six months, no liquor. i am required to have regular "at random" drug tests, which i have never failed for any reason. since this affects my profession and my living, do i have any legal recourse? also, is it worth my time to pursue this?
