I live in Alabama. Talk.com is my local and ld carrier. They took WAY too much money from mmy checking account and have so far refused to issue a credit. Is this case a candidate for SMC.

Thanks
Michael

Depending on the facts and circumstances involved, you can certainly sue the phone company. In fact, you can sue almost anyone. The real question is will you win?? And only you know how strong (or weak) your case is.

If your case is strong, go for it.
