There is no moving clause on our court order. It is 3 months old. We live in CA.
Mother is talking about moving out of state. Court order says Father has all responsability for transportation unless mutually agreed. We currently live about 10-15 minutes from biomom. If she moves she has to tell us within 3 days of move, per court order. She doesn't have to give any advanced notice. What happens when she moves? Can hubby file for full physical? Biomom has made several BAD disicions that threaten the health of child, but no proven abuse yet. Sorry thats a different subject. OK, if she threatens to move can we go back to court? We have an atty retained, but he is 200. an hour. Would like some info on this. Thank you!

IAAL, would you take a glance?

CA-
court order 3 months old. No mention of a moving clause. What do we do? Should we go back just for a moving clause? What do we need to file if she moves, what papers? Would it be good for hubby to file for full physical if she moves without prior notice? If she tells us she is moving, what papers do we need to file before hand? OK, no more question. Thanks.
