Morganton,nc. I was working at a convience store and was fired due to the fact that a man threatened me into giving him beer and cigarettes. in nc after 2 am no beer sales. this happened after 2 am. the store is thinking of pressing charges on me.they have video of this but no sound, so they can't hear the harssment and threats. a police officer told me this was a felony, what can i be charged with and what might my sentence be.I have three kids of my own.Please help me
