first we live in Washington State. My boyfriend and I are trying to get a court order for visitations of his children. We filed a establishment of parentage and waited the legal 20 days for a response and an extra 21 more days. We went to the court to filed a motion for default, we never received her response but her attorney filed in the court but never mailed us a response do we still have a leg to stand on with the motion of defualt???Also, what or how do we go about changing from visitations to full custody-after the paperwork has been filed??
