i am writing because i live in minnesota and was served with a court order to appear in court for a check that was nsf by my bank and in the mean time they closed it out unbeknownst to me and know they want to file charges agains me. i did not intentionally do that, and i have paid it. i can't get off work for the court time and i am afraid they will arrest me. what can i do and if i have already paid it to them, and it crossed in the mail please urgently help me to know what to do.
