the police had my truck towed out of my drive way after finding drugs in my possession ,i've been charged with possession of a controlled sub. but i have not been convicted,i recently called the towing co. to see if my truck was still there and they said no that it was sold
in a police auction.from what i've read into,the police have to keep drug related evidence in storage until convicted of that crime.is that true????????
