Breach of Contract?

Last year I purchased a computer from a major sales corporation. The company issues payment coupons at a mutually agreed set amount. Six payments into the contract the company subdivided keeping sales in their name, but the balance owed to be paid to a national bank. The bank changed the payment date, and increased the monthly payments and asked me to discontinue using the 'coupons'. I refused, insisting I had an original contract with the 'sales corporation'. They have sinced added exhobitant 'late' fees. Do I have any legal recourse?

It all depends on what the original contract yoiu signed says, and 10 to 1 it says they had the right to do what they did.
