I own an internet commercial site selling various items.I have had requests for some products that are sold only in Franchise stores.I have bought these products from the stores and sold it. However, I want to add them on my web site so people can order them on-line. I am not going to advertise the Franchise name or claim to be the Franchise store. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me. I want to know if I can do that legally. Thanks

If you are not going to name the products or brand, how can you sell them?
