I went to the website provided and made phone calls. Told that it didn't meet with time restrictions for filing.
Any ideas? Or different approach? This has got me totally confused. Did I understand it wrong, I don't know. Is there something that I'm missing on the website. Is there any type of attorney that I can approach on this for clearification? Grasping at straws maybe, but would like to get answers. Help and detailed directions maybe. LOL, anything to assist me.
