A simple question. What personal liability do I risk if the company goes belly-up? Can our investors personally sue ME for the loss of their investment? Thank you.

They can sue on lots of grounds, but whether they would WIN depends on how careful you have been, what representations and promises you made, their degree of participation and/or sophistication, and whether you have complied with all of the applicable Federal and State securities laws.
