Lemon Law

I live in Wisconsin. Bought a Toterhome from dealer in Iowa $97,00.00 It broke down on the way home, it was towed and "repaired". Used it again & broke down again. The transmission freezes due to the computer that they already replaced along with many other non-cosmetic proglems. They are making me call three different companies that put it together to get any work done. What can I do to get a new toterhome that works. I have used it three times which includes the trip home.
