my mother passed away leaving behind my 2 half sisters, their dad lived out of state and gave up custody of them, our uncle gained custody of them. the 15 year old is starting to rebel against him and he feels he has no control over her, he now wants to award her to the state of colorado. Both our aunt and I are willing to take her in so she doesn't have to go to state. Is there any action we can take if he decides she should go the the state rather than one of us???
