i live in florida where my 56 year old brother who has serious medical conditions has asked me to have a general power of attorney. my question is do i assume any of his financial responsibilities or liabilities as his attorney in fact? he has custody of a 16 year old daughter, would i be responsible for her legal, financial obligations?
