My mother's power of attorney does not informe me of medical problems unless I accidentally catch her after a medical problem with my mother. Is she supposed tro inform the only living relative of any medical problems? Does a general power of attorney have to have a medical section in it to alloow the POA to allow medical attention? This is the state of Kentucky
