I was intoxicated the other night at a bar across the street from a friend's (Tennessee) she was having a party at her apartment. I attempted to go to the party and entered the wrong apartment (the one above) I'm told I climbed through the window, I don't recall. The resident was a cop "wannabee" and used his personal handcuffs on me and dragged me down stairs. The police tried to talk him out of pressing charges, but he insisted. They gave me a misdemeanor and released me. I am to go down and get a hearing date. What will happen? What should I do?
