As a graphic designer, I'd like to promote myself by setting up a website (an online resume of sorts). I'd like to include on the site, a list of clients/companies I've done print work for, along with photos of the printed pieces.

Do I need to get permission form my clients to post examples of the work I've done for them? Do I need permission to list their company name on my site?

Legally, how is a web resume/portfolio different from a traditional resume & portfolio?

Any websites out there geared to these types of artists' concerns?

Thanks.
