I am planning on opening a "tobacco-smoke" shop in New Jersey, which may be considered a "head shop." I need some info on what I need to do to assure that I stay within the laws concerning this. I plan on using "Products are intended for tobacco use only" disclaimers, and also checking i.d. at the door to insure that I don't let anyone in under 18. I have visited several of these shops in PA, and this seems to be their legal defense against "drug paraphanalia" charges, but I need to know New Jersey's laws concerning this matter. All info greatly appreciated. Thank You!
