Legally I have visitation with my stepchild. I also have power of attorney when my husband is not home. Court order is very vauge where this is concerned. It just states that when ever father is gone, visitations continue as per the schedule. Do I sign permission slips? Do I take child to doctor? Do I have all his rights concerning his daughter? I do not want to over step my bounderies, but want to know what rights I do have.
Thanks!
