Say, you befriended someone in a bar and subsequently passed them a bag in a cigarette pack. The person goes to the bathroom and returns it to you. Is there a chance that it could have been a narc and he collected evidence in the bathroom and is waiting to arrest you to see what else he can get out of you. basically, what i am asking is can the police collect evidence in this fashion that would hold up on a possession charge in TEXAS?
