I'm in a legal business partnership with one partner. His personal debts are very high. As his partner, do I have any legal liability for his debts if he defaults or declares bankrupcy? It is a Pennsylvania partnership.

Not in my state. BUT if the creditors take over his assets, and his assts include include half of your business, that would worry me.
