we are frustrated parents of a seventeen yr old daughter in the state of washington who refuses to follow our very reasonable rules regarding curfew, boyfriends, ect. she has dropped out of school as well. she had a job for a short time but quit that and is making no effort to find a new job. basiclly, we feel we're being used. can we legally boot her out of the house and not be held responsible for her? p.s. this has been going on for 4+ yrs.
