my daughter's husband died in Arizona. thier estate is less than 50,000. a credit card company is threatning her to sue for balance owed of $7,900. He was primary signor on account. she had intentions to pay as agreed, not in a lump sum. Can they do this? They keep asking her to have a lawyer call them.

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

Please put this on the Credit & Collections law board. Also, please give more details about the problem, along with her last date of payment.
