I'm in CA. I was recently served a restraining by an X boyfriend who lied on the stand. my question is, can i have this overturned if i can prove that he lied under oath to some of the questioning? I have letters, is that enough?
Please advise, he is 42 yrs old, 6'3" 250 lbs. to my 5'7" 120 lb frame. The whole thing is ridiculous, and based on nothing but hearsay. Please help.
Am I allowed to write the judge with my findings?
