Anybody know the Missouri law on wiretapping? I know only one party has to know they are being taped. However, if the party taping is a mother, and the parties being taped are the mother's minor child and the child's other parent(ex) and neither party being taped is aware of the taping; as long as the tape is never used for any purpose (other than curiosity)and there is no criminal intent and the evidence has been destoyed anyway....can there be any criminal filing?
