I am a memeber in an LLC. I need info as to the legality of filing tax returns as a general partnership and what the consequences are if that is done. I Have found that my tax returns for the past 5 yrs. have been filed that way and don't know what to do about it. I have recieved no deductions from the LLC either. Any advice on this matter is appreciated.
