In florida how does an adultery case stand in cort. ie, Being sued for brakeing up a family because wife sleeped with another man

Florida is strictly a no-fault divorce state. The only requirement to get a divorce is that one of the two wants it, and has resided in the state for at least 6 months.

Neither adultery nor alienation of affection has anything to do with it. If you don't want to be married any longer, you file for a divorce and it will be granted. Period.
