I want to get married, but am not sure about the laws.

I live in Mississippi, and am 15. My boyfriend is 19. I have a bad home life ane we want to get married without anyone's consent. Can that be done? If not then where and when would be the soonest we could get married without consent?

And your boyfriend needs to be extremely careful since he's fooling around with a very young girl. Whatever you do, don't leave the state together. The penalties can be severe.
