California,
I purchased a computer in sept,2000 with an "f.i.c. az 11 motherboard and an amd k-7 processor. 2 months later i took it back for the 4th time because of a heating problem. Now 7 months later i learned that they had replaced my motherboard and processor with a jetway 663as m/b and a amd k-6 processor.
I need to know if they can be prosecuted for fraud if they refuse to install the original components?

Thanks, And thank you FreeAdvice...
