I am starting my own vending business and would like to form an alliance with a local dry cleaner to provide pickup/dropoff service to my vending clients. How will payment be arranged to the dry cleaner and how will I be payed by the client I am providing the service for? Is there a generic legal form I can use to 'seal the deal' and if so, what's the name of it?

My response:

At your local law school library, you will look at the volume sets of:

Matthew Bender's "Business Transactions." These are books jammed with every form of conceivable agreement and contract you can imagine. They are in "shell" form, and you merely fill in the blanks with the specifics.

Good luck.
