I recently quit my job due to the shady business practices occuring, turned in my timesheets (paid hourly) and still haven't been paid the total amount due. He finally sent me a check that had 1000.00 deducted for erroneous charges. He deducted wages for the following: being late to a meeting because I missed my exit, deducted wages for not programming a website to his standards (I have 10 years experience in programming) and claimed that is was unusable. He's retaliating with me because I left company. This is how he deals with his employees.
What can I do to get my remaining wages?
