We were contacted by a web site that we had to remove the name "atv connection" from our meta tag. Here is a copy of what our meta tag looks like:
<meta name="keywords" content="atv, honda atv, polaris atv, atv parts, atv tire, yamaha atv, atv accessory, used atv, atv trailer, atv trail, suzuki atv, atv picture, atv classifieds, atv racing, atving, atv connection, kawasaki atv, quad, trails, clubs, Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Polaris, Bombarder, Arctic Cat, Kasea, Husaberg, Gas Gas, OHV, ORV,">

They have told us that if we do not remove the words "atv connection" from our meta tags by April 1. A lawyer from the state of PA will contact us. At the bottom of their web site, they have the following text:
© "ATV Connection" and "Wheeling on the Web" are Registered Trademarks.
All Rights Reserved. All content is protected under United States and International Copyright Law, and may not be reproduced in whole, or in part, without written permission.

Since the word ATV is a generic term used to describe All-terrain-vehicle (ATV) and connection is also a generic term, is it legally wrong to have these two term in the same sentence following each another as we have them in our meta tag? Would we be violating the trademark by having these two words in our meta tag, as we have them, "atv connection"? Would this be along the lines of "We got mail" that AOL tried to say no one else could use? Does it matter if the words are in upper case or lower case?

Any help would be appreciated

The two sites that are being questioned.
ATV Source.com
ATV Connection

Thanks!
