under federal law is there a statute or precidence prohibiting an employer from taking away already acrued sick leave time at will. if there is to be a change of policy can it be legally made retroactive by the employer, or must the employer buy out the acrued time or honor it in some way. only federal rules would apply to this particuler employer.
