Hi again,its ben from New York.
My 8 year old has a teacher i'm convinced is mentally ill. My wife and I have been to the school 10 times with complaints this year.My daughter comes home crying and now hates school. 5 other parents have seen the same thing happen with their children.
My question is do I have a right to ask the school why this teacher has been out ( sick with the flu is what they told my daughter) for the past 5 weeks. ( ever since we all started complaining.)
There is something going on here ( in privite) and I don't like it.
PS since there has been a sub for the past 5 weeks most of the (problems )have vanashed.
What are my rights?
