Hi again;
I was talking to another mentor today and he mentioned this in reference to my Micron problem:

( It seems as if you have gotten relatively good counsel. However, state laws
differ and it is conceivable that Micron may have a claim against you for
"unjust enrichment" or some similar "quasi contractual" claim. You may
ultimately prevail in the ltitgation of any such claim. You need to ask
yourself, however, if it is worthwhile to risk losing, and incur the expense
(money, time, aggravation) of defending such a claim. Also, you mentioned
that you have exceptional credit and Micron will almost certainly report you
as a delinquent account to the credit reporting agencies. You may claim
that the report is fraudulent and you can submit letters to the credit
agencies to that effect. Again, is it worth it? Also, those reviewing your
credit file in the future will have to decide who they believe -- which may
or may not be you.)

I would love to hear your opinion on his opinion.

oh where or where has my "retired Lawyer gone" I miss you
