My fiancee wants to adopt my two girls after we are married.
The girls biological father does not pay child support, has not seen or spoken to them in 2 years and we are unable to locate him. I have even gone through child support enforcement. How hard will it be for my fiancee to adopt them if we cannot find the father? We're asking now, so that we know which route to take when it is time. Thank you for any help/advice. ( Virginia )
