States: GA, TN, and NY.............(Years most interested in

I know it is in GA, but I'm not finding anything clear for NY and TN - is sexual intercourse between 2 unmarried persons illegal?

Sodomy - in 1998 GAs sodomy law was struck down as being unconstitutional, since the law was deemed unconstitutional, how does that affect the illegality of acts prior to that? Are their laws against in TN and NY between 2 same sex unmarried people?
