I was trading nasdaq futures over the internet. I initiated a trade via the computer, but when i tried to offset the trade the same way (ie.electronically) the order was routed for approval to the broker who sat on it for a protracted period. Seems to me if you're trying to offset a trade (as opposed to initiation where margin requirements could be a factor),there shouldn't be a delay. Needless to say it cost me. Any opinion....
