I purchased a used vehicle in Arizona 1 month ago. 1 week after purchase I moved to California. During that week, I had to take vehicle back to dealership 6 times for repairs not done. 2 weeks after puchase, I recevied a call from dealership stating that the vehicle is being recalled by the DMV due to previous owner tampering with odometer. Dealership has not offered me a new car in exchange for, but is trying to sale me another used car for more money than a new one would cost! What are my rights?! What am I entitled to? I have been calling for 1 month now, and they are not returning phone calls. The first payment is due in 1 week, I don't want to have a mark on my credit if I don't pay, but yet, I don't want to make a payment for a car that is not mine! Please help me!
