i got pulled over in north carolina in davie county by a state trooper. he said that i was doing 85 in a 70. he clocked me about 4 miles back from where i was pulled over. he was traveling the opposite way and got me on radar. I know i was doing 75. my speedometer is not off. He had to travel a distance of 8 miles total in order to pull me over. he could not go through the median because it was a DEEP trench. it took him 10 minutes to catch up with me. he lost sight of me. how do i fight this???
