i am from kansas, and have just filed a complaint against my mother for child endangerment. We got into a fight and now she is awaiting a court date for bonding. her and i then have to go to court on monday to see where i will be staying. i do not want to go to a foster home because i am 16, i'm a very responsible person, and i couldn't stand being there. i do not have any other options at this point, besides my fiance' (20), who lives 1 and 1/2 hours from my home. I need to know if there is anything i can do to make sure i don't get into a foster home, i am willing to try anything. thank you... leah
