My daughter was picked up for shoplifitng in North Carolina. She is not 16 yet. We received a letter from the Office of Juvenille Justice requesting us to meet with a court counselor to determine if court action is necessary or if an appropriate diversion plan can be developed. This meeting is schedule for July 11, 2001. Should we have an attorney attend this meeting with us?
