Under Wisconsin law, may a bank be required to forfeit any securities (i.e. CDs) which were innocently obtained through a securities scam/fraud? I am referring to the incident in Texas with Bradley J. Farley's ponzi scheme and wondering if there is any "forfeiture law" like that in Wisconsin.
